
I have been working with clients since 2013 and before that I was an Inspector with the Metropolitan Police. Fitness has always been very important to me and I am enjoying helping others in my career as a personal trainer.

One-to-one personal training sessions
Before training starts, I offer a full consultation to assess your current fitness levels, listen to your needs and tailor make a circuit style program to help you achieve your goals. I provide all necessary equipment if required.

Classes
I run small classes at a variety of locations in the Guildford area. The small classes cater for all abilities and are a great opportunity to meet like minded people and make new friends. Simply contact me for more information.
On-line sessions
When Lockdown was introduced in March 2020, I realised that my usual offerings would no longer be possible. Initially only a stop gap, these sessions have proved so popular I will be running them going forward no matter what. All you need to invite me into your home or garden on a virtual basis, is the ability to use Zoom! So whether you prefer a virtual one-to-one or would like to join in a virtual class, please contact me for more information.

FFL – Circuit training suitable for the over 50’s and those wanting to get back into exercise. Work at your own pace during this total body workout.
Zoom – If you’re new to Zoom that’s no problem. The Zoom app is free to download on your device or free to access on the Zoom website using a computer or laptop.
At the age of 67 I was very unfit and was referred to John by my doctor. I remember thinking I was going to collapse at the first session. After 7 years I can run, skip, squat, have no aches and pains and feel really fit and well. All thanks to you, John.
